Prayer Points Winter 2024

For those who pray for the Life Project here are a few prayer pointers to help you focus your prayers:

  • Give thanks for our recent AGM where we were able to celebrate the success of the past year and the reporting that we are in a financially stable position.
  • Give thanks for our Day Services, especially for the produce grown and enjoyed from the allotment, all the arts, crafts, cooking, woodworking, and dance as well as the opportunities to engage with the local community through remembrance and our carol service.
  • Give thanks for Springs – especially the opportunity to lead a service at Bath Elim Church, we pray for more opportunities.
  • Give thanks for Community Matters, Velo Lounge, Lucis Choir, Kingswood School,  Monkton School and Stones Group, local churches and individuals who make donations and support us.
  • Give thanks for Fiona as she bids farewell to the Life Project and for those who are applying to join our Day Services team.
  • Pray for interviews taking place in mid-December for new Activity Leaders – Cooking & Nutrition / Creative & Performing Arts.
  • Give thanks for Elizabeth and Kay who have led the team of Springs volunteers and as they step back pray for those who will be stepping up and for new volunteers to join the team.
  • Pray for all those taking part in the carol service on 1st December.
  • Give thanks for new members joining our Resources Team and for further new members who will help us with grants and community fundraising activities.
  • Give thanks for all the staff and volunteers and pray that they would enjoy time with their families and are able to rest as they take off over Christmas and New Year.
  • Pray for those Makers and members of Springs who find the changes that come with holidays and pauses in routines particularly challenging, and for their parents and carers who will be supporting them.
